PETROGRAD, 28th, February.

The Bolsheviks claim to have enrolled over a hundred thousand volunteers, and that fifty thousand of them have been formed into fighting detachments.

It is reported that the Russians have recaptured Pskoff. Fighting for possession of the town continues.

The sailors at Helsingfors and Kronstadt have decided to remain at their posts.
