The Rotorua Annual Meeting was held in fine weather, j Before the first race the Judicial Committee decided to disqualify Money Moon and Eangi Arohi for the meeting on account of a breach of, Rule 2, Part XXI. of the Rules of Racing, the horses having been trained by an unlicensed trainer. The totalisator handled £12,699. Other results :— ■ Waimangu Handicap, five furlongs.— Ciiballero. 9.2, 1; Pink Tie 8.11 and Juanna 7.2, dead heat. Also started: Dont' 9.0, Hyllus 9.0, Kitty Bellairs 8.8, Soultane 7.9, Bivouac 7.0. Won by half a head. Timo, lmin 4sec.
