HIS BANKING- ACCOUNT IN NEW YORK. (Received February 27, 3 p.m.) NEW YORK, 28th February. The Public Accountant, after investigation, states that ex-Senator Humbert had 489,000 dollars deposited in a New York bank. Humbert's present balance in the bank is about 370,000 dollars. [Ex-Senator Humbert is to stand his trial in Paris on a charge equivalent to treason—intelligence • with . the enemy. He was involved with Bola Pacha's machinations.]
