Sir, —The electors of Wellington had a revelation last night at the Town Hall meeting, in. the. mob of Red Feds and disloyalists-who-assembled there for the purpose Tof '"disturbing the-^National Go-' vernmentr "meeting. '"• "I have" attended many political meetings in Wellington, but never have I seen disloyalty rampant; • until;; last ■ evening,' nor.; could I have"believed*{hat when the National Anthem was played so many men and women -would have refused to stand up and honour their Sovereign, ag was the case at the onening and closing of the meeting. As lor Dr. Thacker, his presence was an impertinence. .".;.ThQ",'plaih",",;straightforward statements "which were made" by "both Mr. .Massey and Sir Joseph Ward, ani the reception ..which* these" statements "met. with from the; rowdy;; element; must have induced many-wayerers to-cast their votes for tho National; Government candidate.
