UNDER CONSIDERATION OF CABINET. LONDON, 26th February. ! In the House of Commons Mr. Bonar Law said that the condition of part of Ireland was under Cabinet's , consideration. He was unable to make a statement regarding the measures to be taken for strengthening the executive's hands.
