The Press Bureau states that Sir Albert Stanley, president of the Board of Trade, has appointed a committee, including Lord Golwyn (chairman), Mr. Andrew Fisher, and Sir Thomas. Mackenzie to investigate the question of increasing the supply of flax in the Empire.
