Golding's residence, fhKent-'.'yilia; Main-road, Wadestown. The day will be observed as a public holiday in ■ the constituency after mid- . dayJ,.Shops affected thereby will not need ; -io close on the tisual weekly half holiday. - • Factories are not obliged to close durl ling wrking hours, but the occupier must .afford to each of his employees a reason- .. able opportunity of ■ recording his vote, " ,!and no deduction must be made from the employees' wages for the time bo bccu- . pied up to one hour.
