PRESIDENT APPEALS TO FARMERS.

President Wilson has issued a proclamation fixing the minimum price of the 1918 season's wheat at 220 cents per bushel and urging the farmers to sa-ve humanity by hastening deliveries. The President has indicated that farmers will bo exempt from tho draft for military service.
