APPEAL TO THE GERMAN MASSES

STOCKHOLM, 25th February.
M. Trotsky, in a further interview, professed his belief that the Bolsheviks were still able to carry on the revolution if a favourable peace was impossible. "We are not less determined on a class war," he said, "and know how to make ou* war cry reach, the German masses, despite the Imperialists."
