"CANARY COTTAGE."
"You're in Love" was staged for the last time at the Grand Opera House in tha presence of a, large audience. Tonight the great success "Canary Cottage" is to be produced. "Practically the only daring feature of the new musical comedy," said a Sydney critic, "which was constructed by the authors of 'So Long, Letty,' is tho colour scheme. For the rest playgoers are not likely to take objection to the diverting, if promiscuous, philanderings of tho principals in the frea-for-all region of musical extravaganza." "Canary Cottage" is, it is said, a triumph of grouping, colour effects, and vocal accompaniment. The play has a quaint and interesting plot, and the dances are a feature of the production. Miss Connie Ediss created a sensation in Australia as Blanche Moss, which is generally regarded as her finest characterisation. Miss Maud Fane will have further opportunities to display her charming personality and her splendid soprano voice, land Miss Cecil Bradley, Mr. Alfred Frith, Mr. Fred. Maguire, Mr. Field Fisher,' and Mr. William Greene aro all happily cast. ,
