LORD RHONDDA'S RATION SCHEME. . LONDON, loth January.
The local food committees are considering Lord Rhondda's draft scheme allotting rationing of butter or margarine and tea in London, on the lines of the, sugar scheme, with special tickets foir children. The scheme is to come into operation on 2ath February.
