The Hutt circuit quarterly meeting was held on Wednesday evening in the vestry of the Lower 'Hutt Methodist Church, Key, D. J. Murray presiding. Membership returns showed :t slight improvement, and the financial report a small addition to tne circuit debt, but this was accounted for by ' special efforts for the Siinday School and Home Mission anniversaries during the quarter. Walton and James Stonehouse were '.re-elected circuit stewards, and Mr. W. F. Armitago was appointed representative to the annual conference atfDunedin in March.
