EXPLOSIVES FOR IRELAND
TWO BOYS ARRESTED.

LONDON, 4th December. The Irish police have discovered a plot to import high explosives from Glasgow. Two boys landed at Donegal carrying a portmanteau containing sufficient explosives to blow up most of the public buildings in Dublin. One boy carried despatches in the lining of hie coat. An arrest has bee% made at Glasgow.
