SWEDEN AS MEDIATOR
PARIS MATIN'S COMMENT.
(AOSIRAUAN-NEW ZBALAND CABLE ASSOCIATION.) (Received December 3, 3 p.m.) PARIS, 2nd December: The Matin publishes a message from Copoahagen stating that Sweden has agreed to act as peace mediator between (xerraany and the Bolsheviks. ' ' The Matin, adds: "It will be remarkable if a neutral uses its good offices for carrying out a manoeuvre engineered by a combination of Lenin, Trotsky, and the liaieer s agents."
