CIVIL CASES The following civil cases have been set down for hearing at the current sittings of the Supreme Court in Wellington. Friday, 16th November: Susan Mangin y. Alice Welsford, claim £250 damages for slander. Saturday. 17th November: Undefended divorce cases. Monday, 19th November: Raymond R. M. Brien and another v. H.M. the King, claim £594 14s 6d damages for injuries. luesday, 20th November: Norman Upbert M-Ewen v. Gertrude M'Ewen and another, petition for dissolution of marriage. "Wednesday, 21st November: Sarah . Ann Wyhe v. John. Wylie, claim for judicial separation. Counter petition for dissolution of marriage on the ground of adultery and £500 damages against corespondent. Thursday, 22nd November: Alexandra Robertson v. H.M. the King, claim £501 damages for injuries. Monday, 26th November: Cliipman (Australasia^, Ltd. v. John "Edward Fitzgerald ; cjaim £2394 17s 8d due on bills of exchange. Counter claim, £7085 damages under agreement. (Special jury case.; Other cases for which dates have not yet been fixed are included in the list as follow : — Samuel Edward Fitzgerald v. C. R. Mac Donald and others; claim £1000 damages for wrongful conduct. R- E. Ellen Burn v. Edith Dorothy Ellis; claim £501 damages and injunction. T. E. Beard and another v. W. C.
