Don Fran-' Cisco ran. to the front at the top turn, and won comfortably by three lengths. Time, 3min 15 l-ssec. '•:.•,: ' Apprentices' Handicap, of 200 soys; seven furlongs.-—Golden - Prince, 7.4, 1; Spangle, 7:11, 2; Placid,' 7.2,. ■3. Scratched : Subterfuge.' Won by a head, half- a; length between second and third. Time, lmin 28 3-ssec. Spring; Nursery Handicap, of 400'sovs; five furlongs.—Demagogue, 8.3, 1; Finmark, 8.8, 2; Pontoon, 8.12, 3. All started.
