Ihe Daily News reports that Lenin, addressing the Petrograd Soviet on Wednesday afternoon, said : "The second revolution has been- accomplished, and government is now in the hands of the people." The first problem was to end | the war. "We shall offer a peace which will be acceptable to the proletariat of all countries; publish all secret treaties; take all land from the landlords; and establish the control of the workmen over industry. The consequence will be the accomplishment of a third; a social I revolution."
