Telegrams from the official Petrograd telegraph agency, which is now in the hands of the Maznnahsta, state that the Maximalists hold the city, and have arrested the Ministers. Lenin, who is the leader of •the movement, demanded an immediate armistice and peace. v Reuters own correspondent has been silent since ,he reported that the Maximalists had seized the agency. .
