KERENSKY WARNS THE MAXIMALISTS. (RENTER'S TBUBRAU.) (Received November 8, 1 p.m.) I'ETROCIRA.D, 7th November. At the Preliminary Parliament, M. Kerensky said that ajiy Maximalist attempts to seize power will be suppressed immediately. Referring to the attempt ol the Council of Workmen and Soldiers to seize supreme power in Petrograd, he said workmen had been supplied with arms.
