I MYSTERIOUS NEW CRUISERS. I j (Received November 8, 10.15 a.m.) PARIS, 7th November. Tfie Temps describes mysterious new British cruisers of great "length, -with long decks fore and aft, and lying very low in the water. Each is fitted: with tripod masts, W:hich are armoured. The turrets, containing two guns each oJ large calibre, are in the centre. The | vessels are far speedier than the pre-war cruisers. Some have already been a year lin service. All the guns are under the l control of one man. ■ ■
