MURDER CHARGE FAILS
(M TELEGRAPH.—PRESS ASSOCIATION.) DUNEDIN, 7th November. In the Supreme Court to-day, Mary Walker was found, not guilty of the murder of her newly-born infant. She pleaded guilty to a charge of concealment of birth, and was ordered to be detained for reformative purposes for no 6 more tKan five years.
