The secretary of the Wellington Drum Band acknowledges receipt of the following subscriptions :—The Hon. A. M. Myers, £2 2s; His Excellency the Go-vernor-General, the Rt. Hon. W. F. Massey, Sir James Allen, and Messrs. A. S. Paterson and Co., £1 each; W. J. Conner and L. W. Conner, 10s 6d each; Mrs. E. Flinders, R. D. Wallace, arid J. C. Greer, 5s each; Miss W. Conner, Mrs. C. Davies, A. W. Young, and J. Wesley, 2s-6d each; Miss D. Conner, A. B. Smith, J. Robinson, A. E. *Mealy, E. Humphries, H. Vivian, R. M'Vay, and J. Lowe, Is each. The total amount of the fund is now £65 4s.
