Dudley, M.E.C.S., Eng., L.R.C.P;, Lond., with the temporary rank of major during the commission. Capt.! H. Hardwick Smith, M.8.,8.5., Camb./F.R.C.S., Eng., with the temporary rank of major during the com- ■ mission. Capt. B. C. A. Leeper, L.R.C.P., L.E.C.S., Ire. ,Capt. J. B. MacDiarmid, M.8., 8.5., Aberd. Lieut. A. H. A. Vivian, M.8., B.S. Capt. G. M. Spence, .adjutant and quartermaster, returns to duty. N.Z. Army Nursing Service. ' Matron A. Bagley returns to duty.
