' The House of Deputies has voted in favour of a break of relations with Germany by 55 votes to 18. (REOTBK'a TELEGRAM.) BUENOS AIRES, 25th September. The mobilisation of the navy has been ordered at a rendezvous' about twenty miles from the city. ; Unusual military activity prevails.
