AN INTOLERABLE SITUATION

AMSTERDAM, 24th September. The Tageblatt says that the collapse of the paper supply has produced an intolerable situation. The great papers are unable .to obtain even the modest quantities assigned to them, and are completely hampered in giving information to the people.
