LONDON, 24th September. "'•' Mr. Harold Williams, writing from Petrograd, states that M. Kerensky .decided to remove all the officers of the HeadquSriers Staff, on the ground that they openly or ,cov«rtly sympathised with Kornijoff. General Alexieff (Chief of Staff) protested that many able strategists and technical experts could not be replaced. M. Kerensky refused to reconsider his decision, and General Alexr ieff (resigned. •
