CAMPAIGN TO RETAIN BENEFITS. (Received September 18, 11.30 a.m.) LONDON, 17th September. The National Transporters' Federation, is organising a, national campaign on a. general after-the-war policy, by which they seek to secure the conversion of the war bonus into- permanent increases of wages, the abolition of systematic overtime, reduction of hours, and the abolition of underpaid Asiatic labour in the mercantile marine. _ ;
