AUCTION AND PROPERTY SALES

Messrs. J. H. Bethune and Co. insert an amended list of business and residential properties for private sale. Messrs. Thomson, Brown,' and East, Ltd., 189, Featherston-street, advertise properties for sale. Messrs. Manley and Meadows insert a new «list of properties for sale. Messrs. Bruce and Lush, 27, Panamastreet, advertise an amended list of houses and sections for'sale.

On Monday, at 11 a.ar_., at the Fruit Exchange, Blair-street, Messrs. Thompson Bros., Ltd., will sell a hoTse, harness, and light express.

Seaside properties in the various hays are advertised for sale by Mr. E. J. Barnett, 94, Willis-street.

Johnston and Co. will sell furniture on Monday, at 1.30 p.m., in their rooms; on Wednesday, at 10.30 _m., at 100, Owen-street, they will sell furniture; on Wednesday, at'l p.m., in their rooms, they will sell fumed oak furniture; on Thursday, at L3O p.m., at 10, Boss-street, Kilbirnie, they will sell the contents; on 27th September, at 1.30 p-m., at 12, Nairn-street, they will sell contents of eight rooms.

Messrs. , C. W. Price and Co., 60, Lambton-quay, will sell furniture on Monday, at 1.30 p.m., at the corner of Tory and Vivian streets. On Tuesday tho jinn will sell furniture in the Mart, and on Wednesday the contents of six rooms at Monro-street, Newtown.

Messrs. L. A. Wilson and Co. advertise their room sale on Monday at 1.30 p.m., and the sale.of a cottage property at Mount Pleasant on 19th September at 2.30 p\n.

On the 21st inst, at 2.30 p.m., in the Chamber of Commerce, Mr. S. George Nathan will sell a six-roomed cottage in Luxford-street, Berhampore. On the 28th September, the firm will offer a tenroomed residence in Murphy-street, shop property in Willis-street, a property in Lambton-quay, also a residential site in Murphy-street, and a section containing 1 acre, 27.8 perches at the corner of Miramar-avenue and Taunihu-road. On the 3rd October, cottige properties and a vacant section •at Wa-destown,' vacant land on Queen's Drive, Island Bay, sroomed cottage^, Green-street (Wellington), large section (containing two cottages) on corner of John and Wingfieldstreefcs, and two cottages at Brooklyn will be offered.. Mr. Nathan notifies that the property advertised at 11, Kensingtonfctrect, to be sold on the 25th Septeml her, has now been withdrawn from sale, as same has been sold.
