Speaking at the Empire Parliamentary luncheon, Mr. Bonai- Law declared that six months ago> if they had been without the aid-of the United States, the Allies' financial position would have been moet disastrous. "Britons and Americans," ho said, "understand that victory now is a question of nervee and Btaying power."
