WAIMATE, This Day.
A 'single man, named Percy Ord, aged 32, employed in the National Mortgage and Agency Company's Seeds Department here, was discovered by another boarder in a dying condition on the floor of his bedroom at a local hotel at 4A.0 o'clock this morning, and expired before a doctor arrived. It is believed heartr failure win* the cause of death. Ord belonged to Timsxu.
