CLAIM FOR DAMAGES
Further evidence was heard in the Magistrate's Court, before Mr. S. E. M'Garthy, S.M., to-day, in the case in which: George Henry Hunt and his wife, Mildred r.Hunt, proceeded against Chaplain W::'.'H. Roberts, of Featherston Camp, to:,recover damages totalling £66 5s 6d v 'The claim is a sequel to a collision whielr occurred at Taita on 17th March last. -The case, was unfinishpH. .when the Court rose, and the hearing iWill.be.continued on Monday next. Mr J. J. M'Grath appeared for the plaintiffs and Mr.' C. H. Treadwell for the defendant. .
