SYDNEY, Later.

Warrante have been issued for the arrest of Messrs. B. J. Kavanagh, M.L.C., secretary of the Labour Council; Willis, secretary of the Australian Coal and Shale Employees' Federation; and Claude Thompson, secretary of the Amalgamated Railway and Tramway Service Association, on charges of conspiring to incite a strike, and being concerned in a conspiracy to incite members of the public service to refuse to fulfil their .duty. i

A representative of the strike committee and Commissioner Eraser met tonight (18th) in a heart-to-heart talk, in which it is understood it was agreed that the Commissioner's latest proposal for a return to work would be submitted to a mass meeting of railway and tramway men.
