APPEAL THROUGH THE SCHOOLS

It is the duty of all to maintain the efficiency -of our 'Army. It is the.duty 'of. all to impress others with the necessity of subscribing according to their means in tho War Loan. May I ask you to use your undoubted influence upon and through the children to make this loan a success? The effort must be vigorous,

united, and prompt. The victory must be ours. lam relying upon tho active assistance of every teacher in the Dominion, and I feel that my confidence will not be in vain."
