THE KING'S THEATRE.
"The Sixteenth Wife" was shown with great success for the first time at The King's Theatre on Saturday. It is a picture with an unusual plot, as the strange title would imply. Kadir El Raschoud, a wily Turk, desires that a dainty American danseuse should become the sixteenth member of his harem. How he schemes and how she outwits his are cleverly shown. Peggy Hyland plays the part of the danseuse.
