SUSPICIOUS ARRIVALS
"AMERICANS" IN RUSSIA.

NEW YORK, 21th August.
The New York World's Petrograd correspondent says that more than seven hundred so-called Americans have arrived within a few days, but only one of them had an American passport. Many newcomers are supporting the Bolshevik movement, which is seeking an early peace. The New York World's Washington correspondent asserts that the Russians who have gone home include a number of I.W.W. members who were hired by German agents to sow discord.
