The question has ■ been raised as to whether the. Government wishes Savings Bank depositors to invest their money in-the . War Loan, as in any case the moriey is at the Government's disposal. Tho answer to this ia that as investment in the War. Loan fixes the. money for a definite period of .years and in the Savings Bank it is at call depositors will be helping the State better by investing ia the War Loan. ■ :
