WASHINGTON, 24th August. Following the conference between President Wilson, the Cabinet, and M. Bakhmetieff (Russian Ambassador) it was announced ' that the United States will meet all requests from Russia for assistance. The conference agreed to a huge ban, and aleo to send immediate supplies. '■
