TOWN PLANNING
Mr. S. H. ..Seager,, who is recognised throughout;New^Zeahnd-as^an authority, on town planning, has consented to lecture in Wellington, on Thursday next. The Concert Chamber of the Town Hall has been engaged, and the; Mayor has promised to take the chair. The lecture will be illustrated by lantern views, and admission will be free.
