CHANGEABLE WEATHER
Cold and changeable weather is predicted in to-day's forecast, v with : a cold night everyhere. Improved conditions were in evidence locally this morning, and the sun made a welcome reappear-, ance, though the sky ,was intermittently overcast. ; Westerly gales are expected, and the barometer has a rising tendency. Snow fell yesterday at some points, with rain in other parts.
