BEITISH JUSTICE.
■ A tribute'-to British justice was paid by the Hon. Sir Francis Bell yesterday afternoon during his remarks; on the Juries Act Amendment Bill. Sir Francis stated that in a case of grave importance there was very little chance of neglect on the part of the.jury or anyone else in Court. He had himself prosecuted on many occasions and he had never known a very grave case, in which counsel did not deal with it in an upright way. ;:
