Government of ers a reward of £2000 in connection with the Cumberland explosion. [The Cumberland had to be beached off Gabo Island on 6th June, owing to explosions in one of the holds. Subsequently she was refloated, but sank while being towed to Twofold Bay. It was previously reported that the Federal Government had offered a reward of £2000, and the-New South Wales Government £1000, for information leading to the discovery of the alleged bomb plotters.]
