EX-TSAR'S TRAIN IN A COL-
LISION

PETROGRAD, 22nd August.
The train on which ex-Tsar Nicholas and his family were travelling to Siberia collided with a freight train at Shalia. No one was injured, but it was necessary to complete the journey by steamboat. The Romanoffs will reside at the Governor's house at Tobolsk, which will be surrounded by 500 guards.
