ROLLING STOCK FROM AMERICA.
(Received August 23, 2.30 p.m.) WASHINGTON, 22nd August. It is authoritatively learned that the. United States will supply Russia with 2500 locomotives and 40,000 cars, at a cost of 700 millions.
