LONDON, 21st August. „ A Russian official report states : We repulsed several attacks on th« Bystritza River, south-east of Krutche. The enemy slightly advanced in the direction of Ocna. Fighting at the Stoklerie Factory continued with, varying success. The enemy, occupied, after fierce attacks, a small section of the trenches in the region of Soveia. The Rumanians, counter-attacking, reoccupied the trenches eastward of the Foceani-Ajud railway, and beat off attacks to the westward. ' RUMANIAN PARLIAMENT AT ODESSA (PUBLISHED IN TEE TIMES.) (Received August 23, 8.40 a.m.) ' LONDON, 22nd August. Mr. Bourchier, The Times correspondent at Rumanian Headquarters, abates that the members of the Rumanian Parliament have arrived, at Odessa.
