THEATRE.
PARAMOUNT Two star attractions at The Paramount Theatre, " The Dummy" and "The Bottle Imp," are drawing large houses both afternoon and evening. "The Dummy" features Jack Piekford, who plays the part of a messenger boy, who pretends to be dumb, in order to rescue a child from kidnappers. He acts in a most natural and convincing manner. A noted Japanese actor, Sessue Hayakawa, plays the. lead in "Tile Bottle Imp,'-' which picture is adapted from the tale by Robert Louis Stevenson. Some remarkable photography is a feature of this production, while Hayakawa's acting is very powerful. By special request this picture will be shown again this evening. On Saturday "The Valentine Girl ; " with Marguerite Clark in the lead, will be the chief attraction. The music supplied at the Paramount is very good indeed.
