(IT TELEGRAPH.—PRESS ASSOCIATION.) AUCKLAND, This' Day. At the Supreme Court, Mr. Justice Stringer fined William Gordon £200 -for perjury in a civil caje in the Magistrate's Court in which the defendant was sued for the sum of £25.
