LONDON, 16th August,
During the week ending 12th August the French arrivals wore 1010, and the sailings 1028; One vessel over, and three under, 1600 tons were sunk, and five were unsuccessfully attacked.
[Four steamers over 1600 tons and two under 1600 tons were sunk last week.]
