Tho Department is exercising cverj latitude in dealing with applications from returned soldiers for envploymont, stated the Minister. It has not, up to the present, been found necessary to consider the alteration of the "Department's regulations. Should it, howevor, bo doomed necessary at. a later date to do so the matter will be reconsidered.
