The New Zealand Inscribed Stq Act, 1917, was received from the Hot of Representatives, and was read a fij time. The second reading was tn moved by the Leader (Hon. Sir Franl Bell), who stated that he intended ask for the Council's permission to re it to the Statutes Revision CommitteJ
The Hon. 0. Samuel expressed £' proval of the proposal to submit the Is::, to a Select Committee, to see how it coy! be improved.
