GASWORKS POSITION
The consequences of the gasworks dispute are now rapidly disappearing, and in a very little while the complete service will be resumed. To-day one of the hulks containing coal for the Gas Company is commencing discharging operations at Miramar. When this coal comes into use it is expected that a better quality of gas will be produced.
